On asking US president Donald Trump, if he had seen anything on which he says Wuhan Institute of virology is the source of outbreak, he said, "yes, I have." It clearly shows US is going to be aggressive towards its actions and last month a series of funding were curb by America, one of them was the grant which go to Wuhan Institute.

US doesn't seem interested in working with china anymore aftermath the coronavirus pandemic,  President Trump suggested their companies to exit china and to look forward finding an alternative to set up their manufacturing units & service pool.

Coronavirus caused US against China

In last 2 decades china became a dominant source of supply which made whole world to depend on china, lead to rise in its thirst of power. Few years back china lost an international case against Philippines. In which Philippines claimed islands in south china sea. But  China refused to accept the decision of International Tribunal. It is an example of dominance of China. This needs to be stopped.

In last few years relation between India and America reaches it peak. India is also a developing country and the manufacturing cost can be reduced here as India has economical labor. A hike in the wages of laborers in china was already provoking MNCs to find a new to place to set their industries. All these factors made India an ideal place to switch America their companies into India.

US India good relations

Last week a meet was held between the senior officials of US and American chamber of commerce in India. the underline was India as a potential destination for shifting American business from China. Officials also suggested heads of American companies in India to reach Indian government for incentives and facilities for american business.

The president of US-India strategic and partnership forum, Mukesh Aghi says, "I think that's critical, we would recommend to bring more transparency in the process."He also said, "we are seeing US companies look at some of the decisions being made as more domestic oriented than global" He suggested to accelerate the process and to fix land issues, custom issues and to being a part of the global supply chain.

He thinks, "India is concerned about cheap goods coming from china, an FTA (Free Trade Agreement) will eliminate that need, you can put barriers to Chinese goods and still have the US providing access to the Indian market and Indian companies having more access to the US market, and issues like GSP (Generalized System of Preferences) would diminish."

Indian PM directed their ministerial group to prepare a strategy to attract companies exiting china, because US is not the only country exiting china, more than 15 European countries and developed nation like Japan is also leaving China. So a good number of companies can come to India. India was already working towards the policy of 'Make in India'. Now this Exodus of companies from china will boost their program. Eventually give India foreign investment and employment which was much needed.

India has about 1/5th population of the world and its been more than 8 months India was seeing a falling manufacturing growth, now India will try to grab its chance to attract the companies and boost the growth of economy.

Uttar Pradesh CM even announced a number of facilities and tariff cut to promote his state for business. similarly states like Tamil Nadu and Telangana also tried their luck and proposed great benefits. Comparing Chhattisgarh to other Indian states, CM Baghel noted that there was ample land, electricity, education facilities and manpower throughout the state.
